We go beyond traditional talk therapy to match your unique needs, heavily utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand how your thoughts shape your feelings. Together, we focus on concrete, practical strategies that empower you to steady your ship. To best fit your needs, I practice across two separate setups. Private Pay (In-Person & Telehealth) is offered through my private practice, Purposefully Anchored. Superbills provided. Insurance-based sessions (Telehealth Only) are accepted exclusively through my contract position with Key2Happiness Counseling.
